Nasruddin's parents cook two fish: large and small. They hide the large one, but Nasruddin is eavesdropping. When they feed him the small fish, he holds it to his ear; "I'm asking name of fish that swallowed Jonah." He listens and listens. Then he says, "The fish doesn't know the name, but there's an older, bigger, wiser fish in the kitchen I should ask."
