Man needs to treat goat with mange by applying tar, but instead he asks Nasruddin to breathe on it with his wise and sainted breath. I'll breathe on it if you want, but I'd apply some tar too.
Notes: This reminds me of "trust in God but tie your camel" in the hadith.
