Shah of Persia makes Nasruddin his ambassador to the Mughal Court in India. Jealous courtiers attempt to sabotage his mission, but Nasruddin's good luck allows him to satisfy both the Mughal Court and the Shah, interpreting the symbol of the "moon" to suit each context.
